They are so cute with their bright neon colors. They look great in daylight but truly pop in low light – like overcast days or at early dawn or late dusk. They practically have a glow-in-the-dark effect at times of lowlight. That is interesting and awesome! They are sturdy enough and seem well made so that you can easily wind them back around the cards and save them for your next event. These are great to use at the office too – in a breakroom, someone’s office, even around a cubicle. They just need to rest flat against something solid like a wall so that they hang where you can see the circles. If you hang them drooping from a doorway or window the horizontally strung circles will flip and stuff – so just know where you want and need them and they should work well. Super cute – and LOVE the color! The set also comes with a little silicone keychain panda. However, if this is handled well, it can be reused. The neon circles are actually stitched on, which is wonderful.The garland is very long. They can be cut if I wanted to hang it down in a door frame. Or it can be hung around the frame like I did in my photos. If one has a wider frame or window, it is possible to knot two rows together--the possibilities are endless.The neon circles glow in a dark room when light shines on the pieces (see my darker photo). Overall, I think this is great and perfect for party celebrations or just to decorate a room. There is also a tiny panda keyring thrown in, which is a nice touch but unnecessary as it has a very cheap keyring holder.The current price of $9.99 is competitive for this as it comes to $1.67 per garland strip.I ordered the neon colored dots for decoration. There are five different colors in neon red, pink, orange, yellow, and green. The colors alternate hung on the string. The dots come already hung on the string. The colors are really cute and they pop out more in a darker background. These cannot be more perfect for party decoration.The strings come folded up and wrapped up in six different packages.
